Bill Payments
Trust Bank Electronic Bill Payment is the first of its kind in The Gambia. The platform makes it possible for both Trust Bank customers and non-customers alike to make payment of their utility bills, telephone bills, school fee and many more. When a customer comes to the Bank with a bill from an organization or institution, the information is captured by the teller and relayed real time to the institution or school the customer is paying to. At the end of the transaction, the system generates electronic receipt for the customer as evidence of payment.
If you have to pay bills you might as well make it at your convenience by using our wide branch network. Use the Trust Bank Electronic Bill Payment.
The customer comes to the bank with a bill of an organization or institution to which the customer is paying, the information is narrated by the teller and the information is relayed real-time to the institution or school the customer is paying to. At the end of the transaction, the system generates a receipt for the customer.
