Requirements

To open an account please bring along the following:

  • Business registration and certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

  • One passport size photo for each of the account signatories

  • Copy of ID Card, Passport or Driver’s License for each of the account signatories

  • Account Signature mandate

  • Valid ID of each trustee.

  • List of directors and proof of their addresses

  • Copy of Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN) of company

  • Copy of TIN for all the nominated signatories

Credit Facilities

· Loans – Short and long term.

· Overdrafts.

When applying for a credit facility, please provide the following:

· Up to date KYC documents of your business.

· Purpose of facility

· Board Resolution for the lending

· Projected Cashflows

· 3 Year Audited Financial Reports

· Collateral for the facility

· Export Letters of Credit.

· Import letter of Credit.

Bonds & Guarantees

· Bid Bonds
