This is a normal checking corporate account ideal for Companies and Organizations. The minimum opening balance for such an account is D5,000.00. Upon withdrawal, a service fee of D4.00 for every D1,000.00 is applied.

Requirements

To open an account please bring along the following:

  • Business registration and certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

  • One passport size photo for each of the account signatories

  • Copy of ID Card, Passport or Driver’s License for each of the account signatories

  • Account Signature mandate

  • Valid ID of each trustee.

  • List of directors and proof of their addresses

  • Copy of Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN) of company

  • Copy of TIN for all the nominated signatories
