Requirements

To open an account please bring along the following:

  • Business registration and certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

  • One passport size photo for each of the account signatories

  • Copy of ID Card, Passport or Driver’s License for each of the account signatories

  • Copy of trust deed. (Where applicable)

  • Account Signature mandate

  • List of directors and proof of their addresses

  • Copy of Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN) of company

  • Copy of TIN for all the nominated signatories
