Mr.Yahya Corr joined the Bank in 2005 as Assistant Manager and is presently the Head of Department Internal Audit at Trust Bank Limited, a position he assumed in June 2017. Prior to this, he worked with the National Audit Office from 1996 to 2005 rising through the ranks to Principal Auditor Designate; at which point he was responsible for the preparation of audit programs and general supervisions of audit assignments; report writing and reviewing.
Presently he supervises the preparations of periodic audit plans; report writing, reviewing, and general supervision of the internal audit department. He also provides vital information and reports for the consumption of the Audit Committee, management, and the board of directors plus other stakeholders. Mr. Corr is a fellow member of ACCA and an affiliate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors UK and Ireland. He is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a good appetite for teamwork.
