On Friday 2nd August 2019, Trust Bank Ltd presented a cheque of D100, 000.00 to the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) through the Office of the Vice President. The donation was in response to support the victims of the wind disaster that hit the residents of CRR and URR.
The event which was held at the Office of the Vice President was graced by the Vice President-Dr Isatou Touray, the Permanent Secretary Office of the President-Mr Mohammed Lamin Jaiteh, Chief Protocol Officer to the Vice President-Mr Sinyan, the Executive Director of NDMA- Mr. Sanna Dahaba, Mr. Alex Gomez-Marketing Manager, Trust Bank Ltd; Mrs. Ramatoulie Saye and Ms. Sally Makalo (all of Trust Bank Ltd)

This presentation today is one of many that Trust Bank extends annually to NDMA to assist the agency to enhance their level of preparedness in disaster prevention, mitigation, response and recovery.
Our partnership with NDMA is a longstanding one and we share some common values. I am proud to say that since we started this partnership about a decade ago, we have never relented in our efforts to provide financial support to the agency.

The executive director of NDMA-Mr. Dahaba said that:
Disasters are no respecter of race, tribe or social status. They are events that inflict great damage, destruction and human suffering. The onus therefore is on all of us to join hands and support NDMA in our quest to provide relief service to victims of disaster
He thanked Trust Bank Ltd for their continued support over the years and enjoined the private sector and the general public to emulate them.
